We do not give refunds if you have inserted the wrong information for shipping. We recommend that you check all of your shipping information upon check out before checking out so you can insure that your order will be delivered to the right address. Also if you insert the wrong information for shipping once.

Our shipping time for you to receive your package is 3-5 business days.

Our processing time to process your order is 2-3 business days.

Please keep in mind these time periods do not include holidays. Please order ahead of time when purchasing to ensure your item gets to you on time for the occasion.

Return and Refund Policy:

No refunds are given within purchase, all sales are final. We do not grant returns. We only allow exchanges of broken, damaged or wrong-received items. You have 5 business days after your package has been marked as delivered to contact us at layshayz1510@gmail.com about any broken, damaged, or wrong item. Once we've received your email, and responded we will need you to provide us with. a picture, or video, possibly both if you can of the broken, damaged, or wrong item you've received within the 5 business day period in order for us to be able to rectify the situation and provide you with a new replacement product.
